The contact owns a 2012 Chrysler 300. While the vehicle was stationary and while driving various speeds, the air bag indicator illuminated. The contact stated that the failure was intermittent. Ewald Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in franklin, Wisconsin was made aware of the failure and replaced the seat belt pretensioners in February of 2017; however, the failure recurred. Upon a second assessment, the dealer stated that the wiring harness was faulty in the driver' S seat of the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 35,000.
