While the vehicle was undergoing an oil change by an independent mechanic, the technician noticed that the frame that supported the wheels and the tires was "coming apart" and the "tire system" indicator illuminated. The dealer and manufacturer were not notified. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was unknown.
