The contact owns a 2010 Chrysler 300. The contact stated that the horn and radio controls on the steering wheel were inoperable. The dealer advised that steering wheel was not the correct steering wheel for his vehicle. The manufacturer advised they were aware of the issue and were working on a remedy. The contact was concerned because he was disabled and needed the horn to operate as designed. The failure mileage was 5 and the current was unknown. Updated 11/03/10.
