The contact owns a 2009 Chrysler 300. While driving 5 mph, the vehicle stalled without warning. The vehicle was towed to vero beach Dodge (currently renamed vatland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, located at 855 South, us-1, vero beach, fl 32962, (772) 567-6633) where it was diagnosed that the ignition switch needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 123,000. The VIN was not available.
