You have sent me two recalls on airbag inflator and ignition switch. I made my first call to moore Chrysler in peoria AZ on 9/8/15, again 10/12/15 and today 12/8/15 and they have not received any parts to repair my car. Why is this taking so long? I believe both my recalls are serious. Please advise what I can do to get these items fixed asap.
