The contact owns a 2008 Chrysler 300lx. While the vehicle was being service he notice that the crash impact bumper was missing. The vehicle was purchased used in December 2009. The contact took the vehicle back to the dealer and explained that the crash impact bumper was missing and they told him that he bought the vehicle as is. The vehicle has not been repaired. The failure mileage was 56,290 and the current mileage was 83,257.
