While I was driving I heard a sound like paper rattling. When I stopped I checked the car and notice the crack. It was about 42 degrees in Feb. 2009. Took the car back to dealer, they called a so called specialist to view, the retart stated, "You must have sat on it" No reason for it to crack" Really, Do I need to call CSI for resolution!!! If you have issues getting out of a car how the hell or why the hell would you cross over to the passenger side. No one wants to mess up there new car like that. I know enough forensic's to see there was a defect in the plate. They would charge me a reduced fee to replace it. I don't think so. Had nothing but problems from that dealership. I beleive they just don't tell females of the true issues even on new cars. Boobycot!!! Very unhappy!!!
