So this problem has been going on for like 3months now, I had to mechanics look at my car to tell me what the problem was and they were unable to order the part so they told me I would have to take it into Chrysler dealership to have them fix it... So 4 weeks ago I took it in on Friday and the next day on Saturday they called me to tell me what the problem was.. the wireless module device, witch I already knew, but then he told me he was going to order the part and my car would be done that Thursday... so Thursday came along and I had to call them to see what was going on and that's when he told me that the part was on back order and he wasn't sure when the part would be in.... so that's when he gave me the 1-800 for Chrysler customer service department because I was like I need some type of car to get around in because I have a family and I need to get to work... my case manager was able to get me a rental for like 14 days... but now that my 14 days are over they are unable to help me because I don't have an extra warranty for the my car, I am still making payments on this car and Im still paying for insurance for an car I can not drive.... I told them its not fair for me because Its an manufactured part that they should have and carry and should be able to fix with no problem.... So right now I have a family of 4 that has to ask people for rides just to get around, because of Chrysler bad customer service... I don't think they should punish a customer for their mistakes in manufacture issues... so I"m just wondering if this part is an recalled part? I know they started making this part in 2010 and the 2010 wireless module where recalled.. so what's going on with the 2008?

I have been waiting nearly 5 weeks for the part and was advised that it would be another 2 weeks for delivery, 7 weeks for a part to fix my car ????? Anyone know what is wrong here? Not feeling good about Chrysler Customer Service at this time.

They said no loaner car as I am out of warranty. What happened to the bumper to bumper they sold me on? I will have made nearly 2 payments on the car and do not have the use of it. Did speak to a customer service supervisor who said they changed manufacturers and it takes time to make the part. Really bad support service, don't waste an hour of your day trying to get through to them.
