The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler 300. The contact stated that while driving approximately 55 mph, the sunroof shattered. The vehicle was taken to an independent repair shop where the contact was informed that the plastic within the sunroof mechanism would periodically break, causing the sunroof to shatter. The sunroof was replaced. The failure mileage was 89,000 and the current mileage was 91,000.
