So my car ran hot on the way to work...I thought it was something like a water pump or thermostat, so I had it taken to Chrysler for a diagnosis. They told me the engine went bad due to a coolant tube....so I asked would it be replaced under my lifetime powertrain warranty and was told no, due to I should've replaced the coolant tube years ago...although I was never told that if it goes bad, I would not have a warranty at all...then when I called corporate they told me there's nothing they can do....I was the first and only owner, so their excuse was during Maintenance, regardless of whether it was under warranty, I should've still paid out of pocket. This is not right.....I need answers.
