The contact owns a 2007 Chrysler 300. While driving 60 mph, there was an abnormal noise coming from the vehicle. The contact pulled over and discovered a hole in the radiator. The radiator fan was fractured. The vehicle was towed to the contact's residence. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and stated that the VIN was not included in a manufacturer's customer satisfaction notification. The failure mileage was approximately 111,000.
