My 2006 chyrsler 300 has ductwork problems. The heat will not go off! also the seat warmers are very warm even when they suppose to be off. It's like sitting in a fire while driving. This has to be unsafe. Call dealer marty cancillas and service technician is aware of issue but wants to charge a $139 diagnostic fee to tell me what he already knows to be wrong. He said it was the ductwork or modor motor or some component of the ductwork in dashboard area. Please investigate.
