I went to take my daughter to Gymnastics, and when I went to start my car it would not turn over. I thought maybe I left my lights on, so I had my husband check. He said battery was not dead. Then I proceeded to start it again, you could tell it wanted to start but it just made a sound and did not turn over. After turning the key off I noticed that a red light that looked like )z( kind of a lightening bolt with backwards parentheses kept coming on. It still won't start and now I will have to have it towed to a dealership to have them look at it. Closest Chrysler dealership is about 30 mins away. I've done a lot of reading and it seems a lot of people are having this issue, why is there no recall?
dealership simmins rockwell in bath ny has had car for one month. said thought struck by lighting, shorts out replaced 3 computers. they said not covered by warranty because nuts and bolts have been loosened.
i cant believe this! I had it towed to Chrsyler and on top of it they say the part is on back order! They don't know when it will be in! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THEY HAD A PART ON BACK ORDER. THE FIRST TIME WAS ONE MONTH! SO NOW NOT ONLY DO I HAVE A BIG BILL, I HAVE A RENTAL BILL FOR I DON'T KNOW NO HOW LONG! THEY DID NOT EVEN TELL ME THAT THEY WERE NOT WORKING ON MY CAR. I WAS HOME ALL DAY AND NOBODY SAID THAT THE PART WAS ON BACK ORDER! NO MORE CHRYSLER CARS FOR ME NO FING WAY!
I HAVE 5 RECALLS AND CHRYSLER NEVER SENT THEM!!! tHE HOOD ALMOST TOOK MY HEAD OFF IT WONT STAY UP! SEATBELTS NEVER WORKED! CAR AT CHRYSLER NOW THEY DON'T HAVE PARTS! I WAITED A MONTH FOR PARTS ONE TIME! WHAT KIND OF COMPANY DON'T HAVE THERE OWN CAR PARTS! i DON'T THINK I WILL EVERY BUY A CHRYSLER AGAIN AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE!
