I took my car to Springfield Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep Ram and they had my car for three weeks and never fixed it. After a week they said it was ready and when I picked it up it was still running hot and they kept my $1200.00. Car never fixed and they refused to give my money back and told me to come get it off the lot. I never expected this from a dealership. They never diagnosed the problem with my vehicle and their team of auto mechanics are google mechanics with no true skill.
