I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 200C AWD in March of this year. I started having this issue about 2000 Miles ago starting with a real heavy feel to the transmission, meaning it seemed to be working too hard to maintain speed. Saturday I drove to Toledo and back roughly 225 miles round trip. the car was fine on the way there but on the way back, I noticed my RPM's were staying around 2000 to 2100 at highway speeds (Normally 1600-1700 RPM) so I hit the up shift paddle and it showed the car was in gear 8. Hit the paddle again and it shifted to 9 and RPM's dropped to normal. Every time I had to slow down or the trans would downshift to climb a hill, it would NOT shift back to 9th. Had to do it manually with the paddle shifter. Now it is doing it all the time and my fuel mileage is dropping of course and the car is working too hard to maintain speeds. I have an appointment Dec 13th (first opening at the dealership I bought it from) so we will see what they have to say
