The contact owns a 2017 Chrysler 200. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle lost motive power. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where an unknown repair was completed. Additionally, the contact stated that the floor carpet was significantly wet. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that water was leaking inside the vehicle; however, the dealer informed the contact that they were unable to determine the source of the leak. The contact stated that the failure persisted and there was a puddle of water and mold on the floorboard. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 1,200.
