CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2015 Chrysler 200 carries the torch of "never buy the 1st year of a new vehicle generation" with pride.
The 2015 model year is the first year of the Chrysler 200's 2nd generation. It has been plagued by problems from the start. Transmission failure at extremely low mileage, many recalls, problems stalling while driving... the list goes on. Maybe Chrysler should have stuck with the 1st generation.

A D V E R T I S E M E N T S
I was driving my car to work and the flat tire light came on. I stopped at a local gas station and, SURPRISE, my front drivers tire was flat. I filled it with air and took it to the dealership as soon as I got off work. At the dealership, I was told I had a crack in my rim and it would cost $750 to replace the rim. I asked how the rim could have cracked and I was told that the car must have hit something HARD to cause the rim to crack (of course it has to be the customers fault!). I informed him I was the only one who drove the car and I had NOT hit anything. I asked if it was covered under warranty as I had only purchased the car a few months earlier (11/2015) and it only had just over 10,000 miles (not hardly enough to even show wear in the tires!). I was told it was normal wear and tear and was not covered under any warranty. I could not afford, nor was I going to pay $750 for ONE RIM! I purchased an after marked rim online for $450 and continued to air the tire up every morning until it arrived!! I have discovered I am not alone on this issue! This is the first Chrysler I have purchased... it's not looking good so far!
