2015 Chrysler 200
This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Chrysler dealer.
CarComplaints.com Notes: The 2015 Chrysler 200 carries the torch of "never buy the 1st year of a new vehicle generation" with pride.
The 2015 model year is the first year of the Chrysler 200's 2nd generation. It has been plagued by problems from the start. Transmission failure at extremely low mileage, many recalls, problems stalling while driving... the list goes on. Maybe Chrysler should have stuck with the 1st generation.

Car has had two recalls so far...R01 and R40. Last week the TCM & PCM were reprogrammed and the radio security vulnerability was repaired. This was annoying since I have to now reset all my radio stations. What was also supposed to be repaired at the same time is what I have been calling my 9-1-1 issue.
While driving down the street my screen (the nav/radio/uconnect screen) turned bright red with a message stating that I have a phone issue...to please have the dealership repair this issue and the top left side of the screen had 9-1-1 listed. The screen then went back to normal. But I then noticed the red list on next to the 9-1-1 button on the rear view mirror.
I had an appointment (again) today to have this repaired. After about 15 minutes or so in the waiting room, I was asked to reschedule. Stating that it will take a couple of days going back and forth on the phone with Chrysler to repair. So next Tuesday (9/15/15) I will take it back up there. Will hopefully be updating this issue very soon.
Update from Sep 15, 2015: Had my appointment today. Was in the waiting room for a little over 2 hours. Then was told they have to order a new radio system to fix this problem. Hmm. Would take 2 to 3 days to come in. Will call me to come back once it is in. So stay tuned...
Update from Oct 23, 2015: Today is 10/23/15. Was told the 9-1-1 issue (red light next to 911) is due to radio. After weeks of waiting (and going to the service center three times) my car is back in the shop getting a new radio. They think this will fix the light, plus plan to repair recall #24.
It has spent all day in the shop.....with no end in sight. They are having "electrical" issues. Stay tuned.....will post update when available.
