went in for my first oil change (not at the dealers service place) the informed me that there was no cap on the transmission so when they went to check the transmission fluid level the dip stick was not there. they informed me that meant that all kinds of dirt oil water etc could have been mixed in and that i go to the dealership and demand that they give me a new car or flush the whole system out. when i called the dealership they informed me that it was NORMAL for the new cars not to have a dip stick that there is something in the interior (like in a spill proof cup) that keeps debris out.....WRONG!!! after asking several people they assured me in fact there is something that goes in there. finally was able to get to dealership and have them flush out the system not sure if that ever fixed the issue or if they really flushed it out completely considering i have had problems sense the day i drove it off the lot. i will never by a chrysler again!!
