The contact owns a 2013 Chrysler 200. The contact stated that the air bag warning indicator remained illuminated while driving. In addition, the horn failed to function. The contact was concerned that the air bag might deploy while driving. The vehicle was taken to crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram greensboro (located at 3710 w wendover ave, greensboro, nc 27407, (336) 790-9850) where it was diagnosed that the air bag clockspring assembly needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the VIN was not included in a recall. The approximate failure mileage was 45,839.
