2013 Chrysler 200. Consumer writes in regards to non deployment of airbag during accident, issues with airbag and seat belt pretensioner recall notice. The consumer stated after getting into an accident and her body, face, and chest slammed into the steering wheel, she received the recall notice. The airbag did not deploy. Updated 08/21/2017
