I was coming from a short trip only 25 miles from home when sitting in traffic the car started making an awful noise, in the process of trying to cross the other lane of traffic waiting for the other cars to move out of the way the car just turns itself off and wouldn't crank again. I called my insurance company and they sent a tow truck. After being taken into shop for what we thought would be minor repair the technician calls to inform me that the motor is blown and stated it was from overheating. What???? My car is only 4 years old and had been treated like a baby since my husband bought it for me. This just blows my mind because there were never any lights or gauges that indicated the car was running hot at all, there was never any smoke like I've seen before when a engine overheated... Chrysler needs to put some AMERICAN PRIDE back into their work if they want people to continue to buy from them, I've always owned Chevrolet prior to this and from bow on I'll buy ANYTHING OTHER THAN CHRYSLER!
