Bought a brand new Chrysler 200 Limited 15 months ago with JUST 28 miles on it - I LOVE THIS CAR... however, since day one the car had a vibration from 50-70 mph and the alignment was so bad if you let go of the wheel it would go off the road hard right. Here we are 15 months later, car has been serviced multiple times for the same issues... brake calibers replaced, front axle replaced, sway link replaced, brand new tires and struts replaced AND THE ISSUES STILL EXIST. The dealership has been honest enough to tell me they CANNOT fix my car. The only thing I have asked repeatedly in the past 15 months is for Chrysler to fix my car... is that asking much, I don't think so. And, though Chrysler recognizes these issues, their response is that they are "characteristics" of Chrysler cars. Car doesn't qualify for lemon law because there's nothing to "fix".. REALLY. I don't remember seeing on the $28,000 price tag that I was buying a car that would have a vibration and will never been aligned. Please... if you have a Chrysler 200 and are experiencing the same issues private message me. Chrysler is dodging its responsibility to manufacture non-defective, dependable vehicles and it's time the consumers were heard and compensated for these damages. So glad we bailed them... it was the best thing for American consumers - NOT!
