While traveling on M59 in oakland county my drivers side tire blew out causing the car to hit the concrete median as steering would not function. My car damage rendered it a total loss and caused physical injury to me. The oakland sheriff dept responded and I was taken by ambulance to the troy beaumont hospital. This happened 10/10/2020. I remain in great pain in areas of head and torso.

I called today again 10/23 and was told another two more weeks. This is not acceptable. Dealer in question is crown Dodge in ventura, ca.

I received notice of this recall in September 2016. The pieces needed to repair and remedy this issue still are not available almost an entire year later. This is unacceptable to me. Especially when it pertains to air bag deployment and the total function of the seatbelt! what is going with this recall?!
