The contact owns a 2011 Chrysler 200. The contact stated that an unknown warning light was illuminated. Additionally, the horn was inoperable. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed that the clockspring needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 125,000.
