The symptom is a ticking noise coming from the engine. Informed by a Chrysler Dealership that the engine needs to have all six cylinder lifters replaced at the cost of $3000 plus (exceeds the value of the vehicle). The cause is purported to be "normal wear and tear". The engine should not need such major work and should be able to exceed 250,000 miles with out what is amount to be a rebuild.
