The contact owns a 2011 Chrysler 200 convertible. While attempting to close the electronic hard top roof, the message "top malfunction" displayed and the hard top roof would not lock into place. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer (larry H. miller tucson Chrysler Jeep, 7800 East 22nd St, tucson, AZ) where it was diagnosed that the roof header motor was defective and needed to be replaced; however, the parts were not available. The manufacturer was also notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 53,000.
