A D V E R T I S E M E N T S
I purchased the car (2011 Chrysler 200) used and a week or so after driving the car I found that the radio stops working intermittently and goes into AUX. I have to hit the Radio Media button to get music back on, but it keeps happening! This will happen while I am listening to AM, FM or Sirius Radio. The U Connect has never worked! Took to the dealer who claims that they did a software update and should resolve the issue, but they also said if this continues that I will need to purchase a new radio. Cost $1,200.00! Are they out of their minds!
The first owner must have had the same issues and never bothered to get them repaired.
Is anyone else out there have these issues and what did you do? I really hate to have the dealer do anything to the radio, because I don't feel like this is their field of expertise. Suggestions??
Thank you!
