On may 12, 2012 I woke up to my 2011 Chrysler 200 that I purchased 2 months prior with only 9 miles on fire, I could not tell it was burning until I opened the door due to my tinted windows. I called the dealer asap, they told me to go through my insurance company. My insurance company is giving me a run around. This is my first new car and I only got to drive it for 1 month of the 5 months I've been paying a car note of 503 per month. I am a single parent and I purchased this car so I would not have to worry about get to work or my car breaking down. now their telling me Chrysler is not responsible. How does a brand new car go on fire???
