This Preliminary Information communication provides the technician with inspection and repair instructions for vehicles with a no start/no propulsion condition that is setting a DTC P0A0C for the high voltage interlock circuit.Technician will reprogram the Hybrid Powertrain Control Module 2 to resolve the concern.The HPCM2 will then ignore the interlock circuit and P0A0C will no longer be a valid DTC for the vehicle
