This Preliminary Information communication advises the technician if blown or open fuses are found in the High Voltage Battery Disconnect Relay assembly the fuses are not available from General Motors Service Parts Operations. A replacement fuse can be obtained from the Warranty Parts Center. Technician will need to fill out the Warranty Parts Center request parts form.
