I was stupid to by a 2015 Volt. Newer models have better batteries and increased range on electric power.
The 110 volt charger that comes with the car is mostly useless. I purchased a Level 2 charger and had it installed (total cost about $400).
Overall, the new charger works very well. However, my "old" 2015 model does not provide the range of the newer models. I get about 35 miles on a full charge. I very regret buying this car! It has been a big disappointment! Resale or trade in value will now be very low!
Who would want this car???
