Driver seat doesn't provide lower back support and thus makes me slouch when driving. I called the Chevy dealer and asked if they have any alternative seats they could replace it with that would be more comfortable, but they said no, they can only replace it with the same seat that already came with the vehicle. Tried car back support cushions that I found at a clothing store, but those are too thick and are more of a bother than a support. Currently still working on finding a solution - going to try seat covers next, and maybe will sew in some padding into the seat covers to see if that'll help - but currently have no idea if any of my ideas will work or what the solution to this is.

The Volt has the very worst front seats of any car I have ever owned! I commute 3-4 hours every weekday. During the first few months I was in my chiropractics office every 2 weeks. He recommended a seat pad which helped a great deal.

The Volt seats are just awful!!! Chevrolet should be ashamed! The seats in this car are just terrible. Not only do I now sit on a special pad, but I need to stuff a pillow between my right knee and the center console.

What Chevrolet did was simply terrible!!! I truly hate this car!!!! I have never had such an uncomfortable car (and I'm 68 years old!). I truly hate this car!!!
