- Summary
- This Preliminary Information communication provides information to the technician about vehicles that may have a high-pitched whine noise during braking or accelerating. Technician will need to inspect the load floor, in the rear of the vehicle, for being properly secured. If the load floor is not fully seated check the cargo tray under the floor and insure everything is stowed in its own spot. An improperly stowed 120v charge cord set, cargo in the lower tray that can pop the load floor up, and damage to the load floor that causes the floor not to clip into place.
