Windshield wiper motor failure. There was a GM safety recall (15789) on the 2013 Chevy Volt but my VIN wasn't included in the recall. It seems like it should've been as I'm having the same issue as other 2013 Chevy Volt's had with windshield wiper motor failure.
The A-pillars are wide and often in my field of vision. I have had 3 close calls with head on collisions while on curving roads, and last week I nearly hit a pedestrian and her dog as I was making a left turn while they were in the cross walk.
Bottom half of the front windshield on the driver side was not properly bonded to the body. Problem was noticed due to a whistling noise at freeway speeds. Pushed on the glass from the inside I was able to move the glass with little pressure.
