The contact owns a 2005 Chevrolet Venture. The contact stated that while refueling, fuel sprayed from the filler neck valve. The vehicle was towed to a private mechanic, who stated that the fuel tank had failed. The contact was also informed by the dealer that the vehicle was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 07E021000 (fuel system, other). The vehicle was not repaired.
