as the temp gets colder, i have a loud whistle noise around front windshield, i took to garage, they said gm posted a problem, they took panel off in engine compartment under windshield, and resealed all openings and bottom of windshield, cost 200.00 dollars, and no difference, the loud noise still there
I can't believe that a manufacturer would tell their service depts to use duct tape to fix a mfg defect. The service bulletin for this problem, clearly instructs the use of duct tape, which lasts about a week at the most. How cheap can they make them? I am done with GM vehicles. Feel like I have been ripped off, and then to have a service tech tell me that "some cars just make noise" is completely ignorant.
