Venture, Chevrolet, 2002, all wheel drive, front wheel hub and bearing assembly failure. Both front hub/bearing assemblies failed prior to 6,474 miles. Replacement hub/bearing assemblies front right failed at 26,290 miles and left front failed at 30,200 miles. Dealer comments that they are replacing these things like crazy and they aren't holding up. Failure results in ABS failure, AWD lockout, pulling steering to right or left at highway speeds. Vibration and burning smell.
ABS/AWD disable light comes on. Have replaced left front hub/speed sensor assembly twice. Replaced right front hub/speed sensor once. Parts availability and reliability have been a constant issue. Continuous failures in recent months.
