The problem started at about the 2000 km mark. Took van into dealership and they put it on the computer and of course everything was "within specs". The van went back three more time, always the same. Finally took the van in and the dealership was finally sick of me complaining, they took off the tranny oil pan and guess what! A ton of metal shavings, the front input shaft bearing was completely gone and became metal filings in the pan. They changed the tranny and have not had a problem since.
