2000 Chevrolet Venture minivan, front wiper motor does not return wipers to normal parked position, they remain vertical on windshield when shut off. Obstructs and distracts view, more prone to freeze up during winter months. Have seen numerous Venture on the road with identical condition.
While driving in inclement weather windshield wipers came on and went off intermittently. Windshield wiper blades were stuck on top of the windshield when turning off. Dealer was notified of the problem.
