The contact owns a 2006 Chevrolet Uplander. On two occasions, the nut that holds the bolt together on the windshield wipers became loose after it snowed. The bolt was replaced and a carter pin was not used to keep the bolt in place. The dealer advised the contact to bring the vehicle in for a diagnostic. The contact refused, therefore, the dealer stated that they could not assist. The current mileage was 45,000 and failure mileage was 40,000. Updated 3/11/08 the consumer stated would not take vehicle back to dealer for further testing at his expense. Updated 03/11/08
