I have owned this car since May 2019. The radio started "glitching" out in September 2019. I took it in and showed them pictures of exactly what it had been doing. Screen would go completely black. It would start changing radio channels and volume on its own.

They replaced the radio. Beginning in April of this year, the problem has started completely over. Yesterday I pushed the black button to turn radio off and the button went in and has not popped out like it always has before.

I am only complaining because I see other people have had issues with the radio. I do not think it is the radio, since mine has been replaced. I feel there is an electrical issue within the system somewhere that they have yet to figure out. Replacing the radio does NOT fix the problem!

Obviously I will contact dealership again and once again they will replace radio. I feel I should have done the Lemon Law in September 2019.

I love my Trax. It is perfect for me. My only issue is the radio or whatever the real problem is.
