The contact owns a?2019 Chevrolet Trax. The contact stated that while driving at 65 MPH, the vehicle unexpectedly came to a complete stop and lost motive power, causing the contact to suffer whiplash. The "Service StabiliTrak" and "ABS Service Soon" warning messages were displayed. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, but the dealer could not duplicate the failure. The failure recurred and the vehicle was taken back to the dealer. The dealer diagnosed the vehicle with brake booster failure. The dealer replaced the brake booster. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 30,000.
