Back in October 2016, the screen kept freezing. After starting another case file with GM (since that seems to be the only way they will fix the stupid car), they called in the tech company to replace the screen. The screen has only froze once since they have replaced it. However, if I play Spotify, the screen will freeze and will not register what song is being played. Also, the time clock is not correct. I have spoken with GM and they said I need to sign up for On Star to reset the time clock, otherwise the time will always be wrong.
