I bought the Chevy Trax in February 2016. Less than a year old and it started making a rattling noise. When I told the dealership about the problem, they did not believe me. After weeks of going back, they finally heard the noise. They discovered the blower fan was hanging in behind my dashboard. Had to wait a few days to received the parts, then the dealship had my car for 3 days. They had to take apart the dashboard and replace the blower fan.
