I first noticed my turn signals blinking but not making any noise. Then I realized no sound was coming from my radio, I couldn't talk on my Bluetooth and my seat belt dinger wasn't dinging. This doesn't happen every time I'm in my car, just sporadically. Also, sometimes on my display screen I will see like a 7 or 8 digit code and I am not able to control the volume at all.
