- THIS TECHNICAL BULLETIN PROVIDES A PROCEDURE TO REPLACE THE JOUNCE BUMPERS TO CORRECT A CUSTOMER CONCERN THAT A CLUNK NOISE CAN BE HEARD FROM THE REAR SUSPENSION ON MODERATE TO SEVERE JOUNCE IN COLD TEMPERATURES DUE TO THE REAR SUSPENSION JOUNCE BUMPERS BECOMING HARD IN COLD TEMPERATURES, CREATING A FEELING AS THOUGH THE SUSPENSION IS BOTTOMING OUT OR A CLUNK NOISE MAY BE HEARD.
