I don't know exactly what you call it, but if you put the third row down, the head rest rubs up against the second row and it keeps pulling the bracket off the back of the second row. I put them back on, but they keep falling off. I have not reported this to a dealer as of yet but it is annoying, after $40K you should NOT have this issue and you haven't even gotten to 5K miles!
