The contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Traverse. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was able to restart after waiting a few minutes. The check engine warning light was illuminated intermittently. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that brake booster system needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure reoccurred approximately seven months later. The vehicle was taken back to the same dealer, where the failure could not be replicated. The vehicle was also taken to an independent mechanic, where it was diagnosed with electrical failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 98,000.
