I experienced a flat tire on my 2010 Chevrolet Traverse lt. After safely pulling off the road and getting the jack and such ready I lowered the spare tire. After 3 hours and 3 people attempting to release the spare tire I decided to have the vehicle towed to the dealership where I purchased the car. The release lever would not let the tire free. Getting my spare tire down should not be that hard.
